Definition
Redesign of the Talent Pool section and candidate reporting for the company Mappa. The project lasted one month. I consider it a stage of research, interviews, and UI design.
Design Process
During the design process, I conducted quick research on content references (such as Duolingo's Recap or Spotify's Wrapped) and, at the same time, prepared interviews with internal clients who worked with the platform while scheduling appointments with clients who were interested in participating in this discovery.
I defined the workflow of how the platform was used: “Backoffice” (responsible for filtering candidates entering the selection process), Maria (AI that worked on capturing recordings and hypothetical scenarios), and how these connected with end users and clients.
From conversations with the Head of UX and related parties in the current workflow, we addressed new needs and possible solutions.

Tasks:
Creation of flows, benchmarking, and preparation of interviews.
Transcription and delivery of interview results and filtering of findings.
Low-fidelity wireframe design.
High-fidelity design and validation with stakeholders and clients.
Delivery and presentation of interactive prototype.
